用料  

Lunch Wrap 2的做法  

1. Prosciutto & Brie Spinach wraps
   
   Warm wrap
   Spread 1 tsp dijon mustard
   40g prosciutto
   60g brie cheese
   rocket leaves
   Roll up.

2. chicken & Vegetable Salad Wraps
   
   1 cook 1/2 diced potaote &
              1/2 diced carrots &
               25g chopped green beans
   in boiling water-drain-cool
   
   2 Toss the cooked vegetables &
              1 finely chopped celery &
              shredded chicken
   with 1 tbsp mayonnaise & season
   mix in 2 shredded romaine lettuce
   
   2 warm wrap-salad-roll.

3. Beef & Horseradish Wrap
   
   1 mix 1 tbsp horseradish &
            2 tbsp creme fraiche or mayo
   
   2  wraps
      spread sauce
      watercress
      red onion or red pepper strips
      slices of roast beef or steak
   Roll.
