家常甜甜圈🍩的做法
将面粉中加1个鸡蛋、糖、酵母、食用油、适量水搅拌均匀,和成面团,盖上保鲜膜,进行第一次发酵,发酵至两倍大(我没有拍下和面还有第一次发酵视频)。Add 1 egg, sugar, yeast, edible oil and proper amount of water to the flour, mix it evenly, form dough, cover with fresh-keeping film, carry out the first fermentation, and ferment to twice the size (I didn't take the first fermentation video).
面板上放一点面粉,将发好的面团到在面板上,轻柔、排气,擀成2厘米厚的面片,用面包圈模具,切成面包圈面片,摆放到烤盘。Put a little flour on the panel, put the dough on the panel, gently and exhaust, roll it into 2cm thick dough, use the doughnut mold, cut into doughnut dough, and put it on the baking tray.
