Easy Home Made Flatbread Crackers

flour | 200g |
salt | 1 tsp |
sugar | 1 tsp |
sprigs fresh thyme | 3 leaves |
cracked black pepper | 2 tsp |
cayenne pepper | large pinch |
water | 125 ml |
olive oil | 2 Tbsp |
za’atar fennel seeds , mixed seeds, onion seeds, caraway seeds for topping |
Easy Home Made Flatbread Crackers的做法
-heat the oven to 200c.
