Toasted Museli (Granola)的做法步骤图

用料  

5 cups rolled oats
2cup (200g) mixed dried fruit: roughly chop up apricots, dates, cranberries, blueberries, raisins, prunes,coconut
3/4cup(200g)mixed nuts:roughly bash up almonds, cashews, walnuts, hazelnuts, brazil nuts, pecan nuts……
2/3cup(100g) mixed seeds: chia, flax, hemp, pumpkin, sesame, sunflower, linseeds……
½ tsp cinnamon (& vanilla)
1/4cup honey or maple syrup
2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil or canola oil or butter
fresh fruit

Toasted Museli (Granola)的做法  

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC/350ºF/gas 4.

  2. In a large bowl:mix
    5cups oats
    2/3 cup seeds & 3/4 cup nuts
    1/2 tsp spice &1/4 cup honey
    2 tbsp olive oil

  3. spread out in 2 baking tray .
    Bake:30-40minutes--golden
    (stirring well every 10 minutes)
    cool

  4. Mix in 2 cups dried fruit
    place in an airtight container
    (for up to 4 weeks)

  5. Serve each portion of granola
    (50g per person)
    with milk or yoghurt &
    some fresh seasonal fruit.
