用料

a crunchy ingredient : Wash and spin dry cos lettuce, little gem lettuce,chicory, radicchio
a herby ingredient: Pick the leaves off their stalks, discarding the stalks fresh flat-leaf parsley, fresh rocket,fresh mint, fresh basil
a vegetable,Finely slice or peel cucumber, tomatoes, carrots,celery, radish, beetroot, fennel，avocado capsicum, onion,
a cheese,shave, tear or crumble up the cheese parmesan, mozzarella, feta, creamy blue cheese
a topping mixed toasted seeds, toasted pine nuts, rustic croutons, poppadoms(crumbled)
