用料  

heavy cream 0.6 cup
milk 1/4 cup
sugar 5 tsp
coffee 30 ml (2 tbsp)
cocoa powder 1 tbsp

coffee ice cream的做法  

  1. dissolve cocoa powder with hot coffee

    beat up heavy cream

    add in the rest

  2. freeze for 2 hrs, then take out and beat again

  3. freeze till serve
