1. Lamb chop grill
   
   Slice the lamp chop into the seasoning pot
   
   Apple sliced
   Ginger sliced
   Garlic sliced
   Onion sliced
   Spring onion sliced
   Sea salt
   Black pepper
   Sugar
   Rosemary
   Thyme
   Cumin
   Chinese wine
   Olive oil
   
   Into the Fridge
   Season for 4 hrs to 1 night
   
   Sealed the fat
   Pan fry the lamb chop to golden brown
   
   Season at base apple / onion
   Lamp chops at the top
   
   Preheat grill 200c 360f
   10-15 minutes
   
   Served with mash potatoes, pan fry asparagus
   Done
