Shrimp and Grits的做法步骤图

2人份

用料  

虾去皮 16只
肥培根 3片
Smoked sausage 7 oz
Chicken broth 30 oz
Grits 1 cup

新鲜欧芹 一小把
Butter 3 tbsp
American cheese 2 slices
牛奶 一点点
盐和黑胡椒 适量
Creole Seasoning 1 tbsp
Minced garlic 3 tbsp
柠檬汁 1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp

Shrimp and Grits的做法  

  1. 葱切小段,分开白色和绿色;欧芹切末

  2. 平底锅煎培根,煎到半软半脆,剪成小片

  3. Boil 3 cups of chicken broth; put in 1 cup of grits and stir continuously

  4. Stir in 3 tbsp of butter into the grits; add more chicken broth as needed; add salt and pepper; then stir in 2 slices of American cheese and some milk

  5. 用煎过培根的油拿来煎虾,依次放入creole, minced garlic, parsley, 葱白,柠檬汁,Worcestershire sauce; 虾翻面煎成金黄,然后放入切成块的sausage; 煎一下, 放之前煎好的bacon

  6. Serve:大碗里, 一大勺grits加一大勺平底锅里的虾培根香肠,不要忘记倒点汁水;撒上葱绿和剩的parsley
