Soba Noddle Salad with Spicy Peanut Sauce的做法  

1. Puree peanut butter, water, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, sriracha, garlic, and ginger in a blender.

2. Cook the noodles according to package directions (usually just boiling for a few minutes).

3. Add vegetables, sauce, and noodle. Toss everything together with enough dressing to generously coat everything.

4. Serve hot or cold!
