Veggie Rice Shanghai Style的做法  

1. salted meat sliced

2. Put in some cooking wine and 2~3 sliced ginger

3. Shanghai veggie and 1 carrot

4. Cut into small pieces like the picture

5. Washed rice in the rice cooker with the water a little less than usual coz the veggie has water in itself.

6. Stir fry a little with salted meat, carrot and veggie

7. Put in some salt 1 small spoonfuls for maybe a little healthy SMG

8. Put the veggie mix in the rice cooker

9. Mix the veggie with rice

10. Cook it. So easy!

11. It’s done!
