  1. Preheat oven 200c.
    2 sweet potaotes :
    half, cut, season
    oven 40-50mins

  2. stuffing:
    frying pan:
    diced chicken
    *mushroom&garlic
    1 cup spinach
    1 cup quinoa
    1 cup pecan/pine nuts
    remove
    little maple syrup

  3. scoop out sweet potaote
    add the filling
    serve with green leaves.
