Grapefruit, peeled and chopped 3
Avocado, diced 2
Fresh mint, chopped 2 tbsp
Fresh chives, chopped 3-4 tbsp
For dressing ————————
Lime or lemon juice/ any kind of vinegar 1 tbsp
Honey/ maple syrup 1 tbsp
Salt To taste
Grapefruit zest To taste

  1. Wash, cut, and gently toss the cucumbers, grapefruit, mint, and chives.

  2. Whisk the dressing ingredients together. Taste and adjust to your preferences. Drizzle over the salad ingredients.
