用料  

olive oil 2 tablespoons
thinly sliced small leak 1
thinly sliced rashers bacon 8
chopped botton mushroom 250g
white wine or stock 1/2 cup
fresh penne 500g
chopped dolcelatte 200g
salt and black pepper
fresh flat-leaf parsley to garnish
serves 4

Penne with mushrooms and dolcelatte的做法  

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan. Cook on medium high heat for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add bacon and cook until golden.

  2. Add mushrooms,  cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Stir in wine, or stock, reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes, until reduced.

  3. Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling water until al dente. Drain well and add to mushroom mixture with the dolcelatte. Stir gently for 1-2 minutes. Season and garnish with parsley.
