用料  

New-Zealand Ribeye Grain-Fed 300 gram
Maldon Sea Salt Flakes 1 tsp
Drogheria Black Pepper Mill 1 tsp
Unsalted Butter 15 gram
Fresh Thyme (To be added by you) 1 gram
Garlic Clove, Crushed (To be added by you) 1 pcs
Grape Seed Oil (To be added by you) 20 ml

Pan Fried Steak的做法  

  1. In a frying pan heat the grape seed oil over medium high flame until starts to smoke.

  2. Pad dry the steak with a paper towel and season with sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper.

  3. Place the steak on the pan and press lightly to keep it flat and achieve a even crust in all the surface of the steak.

  4. Cook for about 3 minutes and check that has develop an even crust in all the surface.

  5. Flip carefully the steak and cook for another 3 minutes. Add the butter, garlic and thyme to the pan and let the butter foam without burning.

  6. Baste the steak for another minute, remove from the pan and let it rest 3-4 minutes before slicing. Finish the steak with a bit more of sea salt.
