用料
32 buns with a bit extra filling | |
dough | |
flour | 300 g |
water | 180 g |
dry instant yeast | 1/2 tsp |
filling | |
ground pork | 1 lbs |
soy sauce | 3 spoons |
shao xing | 3 tbsp |
napa cabbage | 7 leaves |
onion | 1/4 |
pan fried buns的做法
--- dough
mix all, rest overnight--- filling
add soy sauce and mix (* important to do it first!)
add shao xing and mix
add ginger powder, onion powder and mix
add oil ( a lot) and mix well
rest overnight--- before making
- chop napa cabbage (or carrots) and onion to mix in with the filling
- add salt and sesame oil to the fillingwrap!
heat up the pan, add oil and start to place buns into the pan
turn off heat and add lid on to let the buns rest
remove lid and turn on the heat again, stay on high temp till the bottom is crusty
add water and put on lid to steam for ~ 7 mins
