For making 8 bread
Dough:
All purpose flour: 400 g, 2 +2/3 cups
Water :250 g, 1 cup
Oil: 12 g, 1 tablespoon
Yeast: 4 g, 1 teaspoon
Salt: 2 g, 1/4 teaspoon

flour and oil mixture:
fennel seeds: 3 g, 1 teaspoon
Oil: 50 g, 1/4 cup
Flour: 60 g, 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon
Salt:4 g, 1/2 teaspoon

To stick sesames
Water: 15 g, 1 tablespoon
Flour:2 g, 1/4 teaspoon
Raw sesame seeds

20 g sugar

sweet filling

用料  

flour (200 g) 1.5 cup + 8 tsp
water 125 g
oil 1/2 tbsp
yeast 1/2 tsp
salt 1/8 tsp
filling (half sweet, half savory)
savory half
oil, heat up (12.5 g) 1 tbsp
fennel seeds 1/4 tsp
flour (15 g) 2 tbsp
salt 1/8 tsp
sweet half
oil, heat up (7.5 g) 1/2 tbsp
flour (15 g) 2 tbsp
sugar (25 g) 6.25 tsp
corn starch (5 g) 2 tsp

shao bing的做法  

  1. mix

  2. rest for 20 mins

    knead

  3. rest 1.5 h

  4. add in flavored oil layer

  5. rest for 30 mins

  6. bake at 550F for 10 mins
