Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Brush both sides of the bread with melted butter and pop them into the oven to toast on both sides, you will most likely have to flip them halfway through.將烤箱預熱至400度。用融化的黃油刷麪包的兩面,然後將它們放入烤箱中吐兩面,你很可能不得不將它們翻過來。
In a small saucepan, melt together the butter, add the flour and cook them together stirring constantly for about a minute. To assemble the sandwich, smear some of the mustard on one slice of the toasted bread, lay one slice of cheese followed by a couple slices of ham and finished off with another slice of cheese.
