Creamy Shrimp Pasta (白酱虾意大利面)
大女儿在大一放假后回到家宣布不吃红肉了,惹得老妈我赶紧挖空心思做一些虾呵鱼呵鸡呵什么的。这款虾意面简单容易上手又好吃,女儿很喜欢并且要学做,那就赶紧发个方子吧😄。
Coming home after her freshman year of college, my oldest daughter announced that she would no longer eat red meat. Mom is trying her best to cook dishes with seafood and chicken. This creamy shrimp pasta is very easy to make and delicious! My daughter loved it very much and asked me to give her the recipe. Here it is!
用料
意大利面(Pasta) | 3杯 (cups) |
西红柿(Chopped tomato) | 1 个 |
洋葱碎(Onion) | 1 杯 |
西芹 (Celery) | 1 杯 |
虾 (Shrimp) | 1 磅(pound) |
芝士(Cheese) | 1 杯 |
罗勒 (Basil) | 1 茶勺(1 teaspoon) |
盐 (Salt) | 1 茶勺 |
大蒜 (Garlic) | 1 汤勺 (1 tablespoon) |
淡奶油 (Heavy cream) | 1/2 杯 (1/2 cup) |
牛奶 Milk | 1/2 杯 (1/2 cup) |
橄榄油 (Olive oil) | 1 汤勺 (1 tablespoon) |
Creamy Shrimp Pasta (白酱虾意大利面)的做法
锅烧热,加橄榄油,放入大虾两面煎黄,每面煎大约1分钟左右。(Heat the skillet. Put olive oil in the hot pan. Pan-fry both sides of the shrimp until golden brown. About 1 minute on each side. Take the shrimp out of the pan).
在同样的锅子里再加一点点橄榄油,中火放入洋葱煎至变软,大约1到2分钟左右。(In the same pan, add a little bit of olive oil. Put diced onion on medium heat until the onion is soft. About 1 to 2 minutes ).
加西芹略炒,加西红柿,加蒜泥,炒两三分钟左右直到蒜香四溢然后加盐加罗勒碎。(Add celery to the pan and sauté about 1 to 2 minute. Then add tomato and garlic and sauté about 2 more minutes. Stir occasionally and add salt & basil).
加入牛奶和淡奶油,大火烧开然后小火炖2分钟左右。(Add milk and heavy cream; bring it to a boil and then stew on low heat about 2 minutes).
加入芝士碎,继续小火炖2分钟左右直到芝士熔化。(Add shredded cheese and continue to stew on low heat about 2 minutes until the cheese is melt).
加入煎好的虾仁煮2分钟左右 (Add the cooked shrimp stew for 2 minutes).
然后加入煮好的意面再煮2分钟左右 (Then add the cooked pasta stew for another 2 minutes).
开吃吧!(Ready to eat!)
小贴士
煮pasta 时加点盐,不要煮的太软。
