Zucchini Slice的做法步骤图

用料  

4 bacon rashers, finely chopped
1 brown onion, finely chopped
2 zucchini, grated
1 cup grated pumpkin
2 cups frozen vegetables
1 cup grated cheddar 120g
1 cup self raising flour 150g
Chopped parsley
4 eggs, whisked
1/4 cup milk 60ml
2 tbsp olive oil

Zucchini Slice的做法  

  1. Preheat oven to 180c.
    Grease and line 20*30cm pan.
    ( fry bacon & onions)

  2. Mix thing bowl:
    Bacon & onion(sautéed)
    4 cups Vegetables
    1 cup Cheese & 1/2 cup parsley
    1 cup self raising flour
    4 eggs & 1/4 cup milk
    2 tbsp olive oil
    Season.

  3. Spoon into the pan.
    Bake: 180c for 40minutes.

  4. Freeze:
    Wrap the slice pieces individually in plastic wrap. Place in airtight container .
