用料  

Pasta Dough(rolled and cut) 意面面团 1 medium ball
Yellow squash(medium dice) 黄南瓜切中粒 2 cups
Bell Pepper(medium dice) 青椒切中粒 2 cups
Red onion(medium dice) 红洋葱切中粒 1 cup
Garlic(sliced) 蒜切片 2 cloves
Fresh oregano 新鲜牛至 1 tbsp
Mushrooms(cut in quarters)蘑菇切 2 cups
Mozzarella Cheese 马苏里拉奶酪 2 cups
Olive oil 橄榄油 1/2 cup
For Pasta Sauce 酱汁:
Onion 洋葱 1 cup
Garlic(chopped) 蒜剁碎 3 cloves
Tomato sauce 番茄沙司 1 cup
Whole Tomatoes(canned) 罐装番茄 2 cups
White wine 白葡萄 1/2 cup
Fresh oregano 新鲜牛至 1 tbsp
Fresh Thyme 新鲜百里香 1 tbsp
Salt 盐,Pepper 黑椒粉,sugar 糖 TT
For Ricotta :
Ricotta cheese 里科达奶酪 2 cups
Egg 鸡蛋 1
Parmesan cheese 帕玛森奶酪 1/2 cup
Mozzarella cheese 马苏里拉奶酪 1/2 cup
Salt 盐、Papper 黑椒粉 TT

Roasted Vegetable Lasagna with Tomato Sauce 烤蔬菜意大利千层面的做法  

  1. Toss the squash, bell pepper, red onion, garlic, thyme and oregano with some olive oil and season with salt & pepper. Place on an oiled sheet pan and bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes. 黄南瓜,青椒,红洋葱,蒜,百里香,牛至放入大碗中,加橄榄油、盐、黑椒粉调味。放在一个烤盘上375F烤15-20分钟。

  2. In a sauce pan, sweat the onions and garlic in olive oil. Add the thyme and oregano. Deglaze with white wine. Add the tomato sauce and whole oregano. Deglaze with white wine. Add the tomato sauce and whole tomatoes and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and sugar to taste. 锅中放橄榄油加入洋葱和蒜煸香后加入百里香和牛至,翻炒一会后加入白葡萄酒炝锅。加入番茄沙司和罐装番茄慢火煮20-30分钟。加盐、黑椒粉和糖调味。

  3. Mix all the ricotta ingredients in a bowl and season to taste. 在一个碗中将ricotta 所需材料混合均匀并调味。

  4. Spray some lasagna pan with non-stick spray. Layer the tomato sauce first, followed by roasted veggies, ricotta, mozzarella cheese and finally lasagna pasta sheet. Continue layering for 3 moe times and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes. 将烤盘喷油,先放一层番茄酱,再铺一层烤蔬菜,然后铺ricotta和马苏里拉奶酪最后放上一片剪切得和烤盘一样形状大小并已经煮好(开水加盐和橄榄油,烧开后滚3分钟)的面片。按此顺序铺三次,然后入烤箱350F烤15分钟。
