This week western cooking homework is to make a dish about pork based on the recipe from the book. I chose the recipe of NATAING(cambodian-style red pork) and made some adjustments based on my ingredients.

用料  

Green pepper青椒 1.5个
Ground pork肉沫 In moderation适量
Garlic大蒜 3瓣
Soy sauce生抽 In moderation适量
Salt盐 In moderation适量
Peanuts花生 In moderation适量

  1. The ingredient.

  2. Wash and chop the green papper.
    洗净,切碎青椒。

  3. Peanut cutting mechine.
    切花生碎神器。

  4. Chopped peanuts.
    切碎花生。

  5. In a sauté pan, heat the oil and sauté the pork with the chile and cayenne pepper until the meat is browned. Add the garlic,  salt and soy sauce until soft.
    待油烧热以后,依次放入青椒、肉沫和蒜,再加入盐,生抽至炒熟。

  6. Cook for approximately 5 minutes or until the pork is fully cooked and the flavors are well blended.
    炒大约5分钟,或者直到猪肉完全煮熟,味道混合均匀。
    Finally, add the peanuts and decorate with celery leaves.
    最后加上花生和用芹菜叶装饰。
