Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Brush both sides of the bread with melted butter and pop them into the oven to toast on both sides, you will most likely have to flip them halfway through.将烤箱预热至400度。用融化的黄油刷面包的两面,然后将它们放入烤箱中吐两面,你很可能不得不将它们翻过来。
In a small saucepan, melt together the butter, add the flour and cook them together stirring constantly for about a minute. Switch the broiler on to high. To assemble the sandwich, smear some of the mustard on one slice of the toasted bread, lay one slice of cheese followed by a couple slices of ham and finished off with another slice of cheese.
