Jambalaya-海鲜杂蔬什锦饭
Jambalaya is a Fried mixture of rice, seafood and vegetables popular in Creole, Louisiana, is also very common in Chinese cuisine. This dish combines the characteristics of jambalaya and is handled in a way common in Chinese home cooking. It is easy to make and very delicious!
这是一道把米饭,海鲜,时蔬放在一起炒制的什锦饭,流行于美国路易斯安那州克里奥人聚集区。在中国菜中,也十分常见,这个菜融合了什锦饭的特点,同时菜的处理方式采用的是在中国家常菜中常见的方式,简单易做,十分美味!

Shrimp meat 去皮虾仁 | 100g |
Eggs 鸡蛋 | 2个 |
Niblet 玉米粒 | 100g |
Carrot 胡萝卜 | 半根 |
Rice 米饭 | 两碗 |
Green pepper 青椒 | 1个 |
Garlic 大蒜 | 2瓣 |
Edible oil食用油 | 15g |
Salt 盐 | 2勺 |
Light Soy Sauce 生抽 | 2勺 |
Oyster Sauce 蚝油 | 1勺 |
Pepper 胡椒粉 | 2g |
Jambalaya-海鲜杂蔬什锦饭的做法
When processing vegetables, cut green pepper, red bell pepper into sections,chop garlic,then the corn is shelled and the carrots are cut into granules for later use.
处理时蔬,将青椒、红甜椒切段,大蒜切碎,玉米剥呈粒状,胡萝卜切成粒状备用。Process the shrimps, remove the shell and leave the tail, pick out the black thread, add salt and cooking wine and mix well for later use.
处理虾仁,将其去壳留尾并挑出黑线,加入适量盐、料酒拌匀备用。Cook the rice in advance, put it into a large bowl, break the egg liquid into the rice, stir until the rice is evenly coated with the egg liquid, add a little light soy sauce, oil consumption, salt and stir it well again.
提前煮好米饭,盛入大碗中,将鸡蛋液打入米饭,搅拌至米饭均匀地裹上鸡蛋液,加入少量生抽、耗油、盐再次搅拌均匀。Blanch the carrots, boil the water, add the carrots, boil ,cook until soft and remove.
