用料  

thai basil beef的做法  

1. --------- marinate
   marinate beef slices w/ hua-diao, and cornstarch (optional)
   seal w/ sesame oil

2. prep
   1. mince garlic
   2. chilli pepper
   3. basil leaves

3. sauce (ratios below, used 1 tbsp as the unit)
   
   2.5 fish sauce
   0.5 soy sauce
   1 sugar
   0.5 oyster sauce
   1 .5 water
   
   This is for 1 lbs of beef

4. heat up pan, add oil till hot, add in minced garlic and chilli pepper and saute till fragrant

5. add in beef and saute till 70% done

6. add sauce
   
   * add salt to taste

7. till sauce reduce a bit, add in basil
