Muscovado 黑糖或黄糖 50克

Self-raising flour 100g
Cocoa powder 25g
baking powder ½ tsp
light muscovado sugar or brown sugar 50g
Chocolate chips or milk chocolate (chopped) 100g
egg 1
fresh milk 5 tbsp
lightly salted butter (melted) (I use unsalted butter) 50g
