蛋黃yolk 5个
植物油Vegetable oil 30克
牛奶Milk 50克
低筋面粉Low-gluten flour 60克
可可粉cocoa powder 30克
蛋白 egg white 5个
细砂糖 sugar 60克
檸檬汁Lemon juice 適量
巧克力慕絲chocolate mousse
黑巧克力 dark chocolate 100克
鮮奶油 cream 200克
牛奶milk 50克
糖sugar 15克
魚膠粉 gelatine 5克
巧克力粉(裝飾)Chocoa powder (decoration) 適量

  1. 蛋黄,糖,油与牛奶搅拌均匀后加入已过筛的低筋面粉和可可粉搅拌均匀至没有颗粒的面糊Egg yolks, sugar, oil and milk, mix well. Add the sifted low-gluten flour and cocoa powder and mix until no batter

  2. 蛋白先用打蛋器打出小泡沫,后加入适量柠檬汁和糖及两次加入糖打成尾端挺立的蛋白霜Egg whites are beaten with an eggbeater to create a small foam, then add the right amount of lemon juice and sugar and add sugar twice to make a standing meringue
