Caster sugar 55g
Vegetable oil 30g
cake flour  45g
Corn starch  5g
White sesame seeds (Raw/roasted) 100g

Egg whites  2
sugar 36.7 g = 9.175 tsp
Vegetable oil 20g = 1.43 tbsp = 4.3 tsp
[calculation: Cake flour  30 g = 3.5 tbsp flour + 1/2 tbsp corn starch + Corn starch  3.33 g = 1.25 tsp]
all-purpose flour 3.5 tbsp
corn starch 2.75 tsp
White sesame seeds (Raw/roasted) 66.7 g = 4.44 tbsp

用料  

egg white 1
sugar (18.33 g) 4.58 tsp
veggie oil (10 g) 0.71 tbsp (=2.14 tsp)
cake flour (15 g) 1/8 cup - 1/4 tbsp
cornstarch 1/4 tbsp
corn starch (5/3 g)
sesame seeds 100/3 g

sesame crackers的做法  

  1. preheat oven to 355 F

  2. beat egg whites by hand w/ a whisk

    add sugar

    add veggie oil

    add sifted flour and corn starch

    * beat after adding each step

  3. add sesame seeds

  4. Bake at 355 F for 12-15 mins
