家常甜甜圈🍩的做法
將麪粉中加1個雞蛋、糖、酵母、食用油、適量水攪拌均勻,和成麪糰,蓋上保鮮膜,進行第一次發酵,發酵至兩倍大(我沒有拍下和麪還有第一次發酵視頻)。Add 1 egg, sugar, yeast, edible oil and proper amount of water to the flour, mix it evenly, form dough, cover with fresh-keeping film, carry out the first fermentation, and ferment to twice the size (I didn't take the first fermentation video).
面板上放一點麪粉,將發好的麪糰到在面板上,輕柔、排氣,擀成2釐米厚的面片,用麪包圈模具,切成麪包圈面片,擺放到烤盤。Put a little flour on the panel, put the dough on the panel, gently and exhaust, roll it into 2cm thick dough, use the doughnut mold, cut into doughnut dough, and put it on the baking tray.
第二次發酵,將烤盤放入烤箱中,發酵1小時至兩倍大。For the second fermentation, put the baking tray into the oven and ferment for 1 hour to twice the size.
