   尝惯了大鱼大肉,偶尔点缀一些下饭的小菜,也是非常爽快的!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
   晚上用半袋碎米芽菜做主料,搭配尖角儿小青椒,和小条嫩里脊,炒了满满一大份下饭菜。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
   的确是饭遭殃呢~ 剩下的部分,留给下次遇到粥吧,估计就是粥遭殃了。嘿嘿~

用料  

碎米芽菜 500g
小条嫩里脊 半条
青椒 4个
葱姜蒜 适量
辣椒 适量
适量
鸡精 适量
适量
生抽 适量
水淀粉 适量

【碎米芽菜小里脊 --下饭菜 饭遭殃之一】的做法  

  1. 将碎米芽菜在清水中淘洗2次,洗去多余的盐分;

  2. 小里脊切丝,淘洗3次,加盐料酒鸡精生抽水淀粉调味;

  3. 在热锅中倒入宽油,炒熟里脊丝,盛出后倒入葱姜蒜及干辣椒爆香;

  4. 依次倒入青椒丝、碎米芽菜翻炒,熟后盛盘即可。

小贴士

最好选购小条的嫩里脊,比大块的通脊更鲜嫩。
