用料  

chicken breast, skinless 鸡胸肉去皮 1块
mayonnaise 美乃滋/沙拉酱/蛋黄酱 适量
sour cream 酸奶 1/4 cup
Cottage cheese, room temperature 茅屋芝士/ 白干酪 室温 2 tablespoons 汤匙
Salt and black pepper盐和黑胡椒 to taste 适量
sunflower seeds, hulled and roasted 熟瓜子仁 1/4 cup 杯
avocado, peeled and cubed 鳄梨🥑/牛油果 去皮切块 1/2 个

  1. Bring a pot of well-salted water to a rolling boil.

  2. Add the chicken to the boiling water; now, turn off the heat, cover, and let the chicken stand in the hot water for 15 minutes.

  3. Then, drain the water; chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

  4. Place in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Serve well chilled. Enjoy!
