家常甜甜圈🍩:麵粉食用油雞蛋糖酵母適量水,第一次發酵麵糰漲至兩倍大,的二次發酵麵糰漲兩倍大,烤箱中層180度烤15分鐘。 Household doughnut: flour, edible oil, egg sugar, yeast, proper amount of water, the first fermentation dough will double, the second fermentation dough will double, the middle layer of the oven will bake at 180 ℃ for 15 minutes.

家常甜甜圈🍩的做法
將麵粉中加1個雞蛋、糖、酵母、食用油、適量水攪拌均勻,和成麵糰,蓋上保鮮膜,進行第一次發酵,發酵至兩倍大(我沒有拍下和麵還有第一次發酵視訊)。Add 1 egg, sugar, yeast, edible oil and proper amount of water to the flour, mix it evenly, form dough, cover with fresh-keeping film, carry out the first fermentation, and ferment to twice the size (I didn't take the first fermentation video).
面板上放一點麵粉,將發好的麵糰到在面板上,輕柔、排氣,擀成2釐米厚的面片,用麵包圈模具,切成麵包圈面片,擺放到烤盤。Put a little flour on the panel, put the dough on the panel, gently and exhaust, roll it into 2cm thick dough, use the doughnut mold, cut into doughnut dough, and put it on the baking tray.
第二次發酵,將烤盤放入烤箱中,發酵1小時至兩倍大。For the second fermentation, put the baking tray into the oven and ferment for 1 hour to twice the size.
烤箱中層170度烤15分鐘~20分鐘。Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 170 ℃.
