鸡蛋 | 5个 |
黄瓜 | 1/2根 |
韭菜 | 15克 |
牛奶 | 10克 |
小番茄 | 4 |
甜椒 | 1个 |
胡椒粉 | 5克(看个人喜好) |
盐 | 5克(酌情添加) |
花椒 | 10粒(用作装饰) |
橄榄油 | 2勺 |
eggs | 5 |
cucumber | 50g |
Chinese chives | 15g |
milk | 10g |
small tomatoes | 4 |
sweet pepper | 1 |
ground pepper | 5g(follow your own preference) |
salt | 5g(follow your own preference) |
wild pepper | 10 pills(for decoration) |
olive oil | 2 spoon |
黄瓜蛋饼cucumber frittata的做法
准备食材:
ingredients preparation
1.黄瓜切成七八厘米长的丝
d the cucumber to the length of 7-8cm
2.把小番茄、甜椒切成薄片

3.将韭菜切丁
the Chinese chives up
4.取两个鸡蛋的蛋清,并将剩余的鸡蛋都放到另一个碗里稍微打一下
the white of 2 eggs,and put the rest of the eggs into another bowl and softly beat it将适量的盐、牛奶、韭菜倒入全蛋液中搅拌
pour suit amount of salt、milk and Chinese chives into the egg pulp and mix them在锅中用橄榄油将黄瓜丝炒到稍微变软
stir fry the shredded cucumber until slightly soft将全蛋液倒入锅中,开小火,直至凝固不容易散开时出锅
pour thw egg pulp into the pan,when becoming solid bring it out of the pan在出锅的蛋饼上淋上一半的蛋清,放上小番茄和青椒片,再淋上另一半蛋清,撒上胡椒粉
pour the half of the egg white liquid onto the frittata,put the slice of the small tomatoes and sweet peppers and pour the other half of the egg white some ground pepper将蛋饼放到微波炉里用大火加热四分钟
put the frittata into the microwave and heat it with biggest fire for 4 minutes利用花椒进行装饰
decorate the dish with wild peppers
小贴士
1.蛋液中加的水需要适量,太稀的话难以成形
amount of water added into the egg pulp should be suitable for becoming solid
2.黄瓜丝可以切粗一些,经过加热之后口感比较好
dded cucumber should be more thick to make its mouthfeel better
3.甜椒可以用横截面比较小的辣椒代替,视觉效果比较好
