200g pumpkin puree = 4/5 cup
Plain flour  300g
White sugar  10g
Instant yeast  3g
Cooking oil  5ml

用料  

pumpkin puree 4/5 cup
flour (300g)
sugar (10g)
yeast (3g)
vegetable oil 5 ml

pumpkin buns的做法  

  1. make puree

  2. add everything into a dough

  3. rest 20 mins

  4. divide the dough and make 'em into balls

    have a pointy tip if making animal shapes

  5. rest 1 - 1.5 h

  6. if making animal shape, use a pair of scissors to cut thorns

  7. --- steam ----
    start with cold water, after boiling on high heat, steam for 10-12 mins

    turn off the heat and keep the lid on for 5 mins. Then take off the lid

小贴士

pumpkin puree 200g (made from a subset of a quarter of pumpkin (500g before seed & peel off))
