超快手无糖香蕉蓝莓玛芬 0-Added Sugar Banana Blueberry Muffin
计量单位用的是美式量杯套组。健康甜点没有加糖,喜欢吃甜的可以加。熟练以后总用时30分钟。
用料
蓝莓Blueberry | 1 cup |
熟香蕉Ripe Banana | 3 |
鸡蛋egg | 1 |
黄油butter | 1/3 cup |
盐salt | 1/2 tsp |
泡打粉baking powder | 4 tsp |
面粉 All purpose flour | 1 1/2 cup |

准备好所有原料(1个鸡蛋忘了放进图里),12联纸杯蛋糕模,蛋糕纸杯,搅拌盆, 刮刀。 Lay out all the ingredients, 12 cupcake mold, paper cups for cupcake, large mixing bowl, mixing spoon(forgot to show the 1 egg here)
融化黄油(在碗里切小块,盖上盘子,微波炉加热50秒),1 cup的蓝莓洗净。 Melt the butter ( cut to pieces in a small bowl, cover with a small plate, microwave for 50 seconds). Wash the 1 cup of blueberries.
预热烤箱到375F( 190C),纸杯放进模具。 pre-heat the oven to 375 F, put the cups in the mold.
3个香蕉放入盆里用刮刀搅碎,加入一个鸡蛋,继续搅,混合均匀。Peel three bananas in the large bowl, use the mixing spoon to cut to small pieces and mash. Add one egg, mix the egg into the paste until cannot see the texture of the egg.
加入融化好的黄油,洗净的蓝莓,搅拌均匀。Add the melted butter, and blueberries, mix into the paste.
加入1 1/2cup 普通面粉,4tsp 泡打粉 (或1tsp 泡打粉 + 1tsp 苏打粉),1/2tsp 盐。 Add 1 1/2 Cup flour, 4 tsp baking powder ( or 1tsp baking powder + 1tsp baking soda), 1/2 tsp salt.
充分搅拌至看不到干面,用小勺均匀放入12个杯中,放入预热好的烤箱中烤20分钟。 Stir everything together until you can’t see dry/white flour. Using a small spoon to distribute the paste evenly into 12 cups in the mode. Put the mold in preheated (375F) oven and set timer for 20 minutes.
烤箱中拿出,脱模稍凉后享用。 Take out from the oven, carefully take the cakes out of the mold. Cool for a few before enjoying.
