用料  

鸡蛋egg 6个
酱油soy sauce 1杯cup
水water 1杯cup
日式dashi粉dashi powder 1小勺tsp

  1. 锅里热水烧开。放入鸡蛋煮6分钟。 Boil hot water. Put egg into hot water and boil for 6 minutes.

  2. 放入冷水中冲凉。剥壳。放入酱油dashi和水的混合物中。酱油要没过鸡蛋。放入冰箱冷藏12-24小时。吃不完放至7天都可以不坏。Cool the eggs with cold water. Remove the shell and soak into soy sauce and water mixture. The eggs should be completely soaked inside the sauce. Fridge for 12-24 hours up to one week.

  3. 放入拉面中或者直接吃。 Serve together with ramen or directly.

小贴士

可以直接放入日本tsuyuつゆ中味道更好。
