Luminien潜水艇

潜水艇是法国的特色美食，我在法国就读的学校后山下就有一个快餐车卖这个。面包有这个两个那么大，鲜嫩多汁的法国牛肉饼煎熟后用锅铲分成几条，根据要求加上芥末或蛋黄酱，外脆里软的法棍加上外酥里嫩的薯条，最后放进纸袋。标配是再加一罐可乐。不过囊中羞涩的我不要说吃三文治喝可乐，连大学餐厅我都嫌奢侈呢。

1. เนื้อ10-14（76กก.）ยังมากอยู่เผื่อสามคน这个碗和肉沫小了点。冰箱放至少30分钟，饼铛加热4分钟不用打开继续准备其它。番茄洋葱芝士的量3个人都用不完

2. 薯条要切得比麦当劳粗，这么辛苦才有意义。洗一下用布吸干水。这次炸的好像过了，下次按百科的时间或者试试烤。同时准备其它。

小贴士

*牛肉饼基本按这个方子，鸡蛋如果用不完可用量杯打。面包渣如果家里有老面包最好了；我用了面包两头，不过不要切太多因为法棍外面硬里面不一定硬。欧芹忘了。
*有一次买了面包打算隔天吃，但计划有变；结果之后那天就干了，还没过期呢。
*芝士的保存，基于网上的信息和家里常备的材料：Wrapped with paper this time, got moldy after 2 weeks.如果在芝士脱离包装袋时才这样可能可以保持更久？With aluminium foil (soft and blue cheese too) it will last for 3 weeks. (原链接已失效). Change the wrapping occasionally() or every time()? Opened hard cheese can last for 2 weeks(), 1-3-4-6-10 months, soft cheese 2 months. Rub the surface but Bleu with oil. Rub only the cut surfaces of the White. Wipe() or scrape the extra mold off should it get moldy. Clean the knife after removing the mold. Keep cheese in a covered container in the vegetable drawer, even semi-hard cheese can keep for months if there is enough to absorb the moisture. The best-before date is only an indicator for soft rind and blue cheeses, it might spoil before or last longer.
