用料  

mash
banana 1/2
rolled oats 6 flat large spoons
chia seeds 2 small spoon
cocoa powder 1 small spoon
pour
Greek yogurt 2 large spoons
maple syrup 1 splash
oat milk till top

chocolate overnight oats的做法  

  1. thinly slice banana in the mason jar

  2. add in mash section and mash a bit

  3. pour in liquids

  4. stir up and down a bit and put in the fridge

  5. serve w/ sliced strawberries, banana, and pecans
