  1. Combine the marinade ingredients into a hotel pan.

  3. Fry the steak in the proper amount of butter. Each side for 1 to 1.5 minutes.

  4. Grill the steak into the oven at 65 degree for 50 minutes.

  5. Carve into 6-millimeter-thick slices, cutting diagonally across the grain.

we are frying the steak, we should not always turn over the steak until it was fried for at least 1 minutes.
